Ami Kegel Exercise Balls by Je Joue
Start with Ami 1: this is a single ball with a diameter of 1 ½” and a weight of approximately 50 grams (in true Canadian form we like to mix our imperial and metric measurements). It is the lightest weight with the largest diameter making it the easiest to grip.
Advance to Ami 2: this adds weight and reduces the diameter. Each ball is 1 3/8″ diameter with an overall length of 3 1/4″ and weighing in at approximately 75 grams.
Ami 3: the most advanced of the trio. Each ball is 1 1/8″ diameter with the two together being 2 ¾” long and weighing in at 100 grams. The smallest in diameter being the most advanced might be opposite to your expectation, but smaller yet heavier is the hardest to “hang onto,” meaning strongest muscles are required. The included literature details a regimen that advances you through the three weights using two different exercises.
Metal bearings within a sealed silicone covered sphere, with silicone cord. The silicone cord is secured to the dumbbell with a small integrated PVC disk. Use the cord for easy withdraw or gently pull while you use your PC muscles to resist.

(1) Waterproof. (2) Not compatible with silicone lubes. (3) Soap and warm water will clean silicone sufficiently. You may use an adult toy cleaner, though unnecessary.
Do not boil. The inner ball is a polycarbonate plastic. The Maker suggests that a 30 second boil would be okay, but why risk it?
The booklet discusses benefits of use, the three Ami system, and simple-to-more-advanced exercises. Your experience will be enhanced by generously coating your Ami balls with a water-based lube.
The Ami balls are not suited to anal use.
