The Bloom by We-Vibe is a vibrating pelvic floor (or kegel) exerciser with interchangeable weighted heads.

It has rumbly vibration, and comes with three progressive weights (10 g, 30 g and 45 g) that are easy to interchange. Simply screw one off and put another on.
