It's not too hard to see that the makers of Perk had stimulation for two in mind. Stimulation for the penetrator is delivered with each thrust via Perk's atypical base, which dips lower and has a washboard texture on the backside. To note: it may require that the whole set up is worn a bit lower on the pubic mound (so the texture hits the right spot).

Perk's shaft has a bouncy soft texture on the surface and a functional head to avoid pop outs. This toy is great for G-spot or prostate stimulation.
