This amazing device is made of dense and stretchy foam that adapts toys with smaller bases, or toys with heavier shafts, to sturdy and vigorous harness use. Easy to use, you just dampen the ring and snug it down over the shaft of the toy, and away you go.

DIMENSIONS: Oval, 3 1/8″ wide x 4″ tall, hole is 3/4″ in diameter, fits dills up to 1.75″ wide.
