The head is almost completely comprised of the soft silicone making for a deep cushion. More resistance from the outer skin layer’s drag coupled with the exaggerated head means more going on for the receiver. The anvil-shaped base is smaller than other silicone dills because when used in a harness it is folded and slipped through the front of the pubic plate. (The standard is to drop the toy through “head first” from the backside of the harness.)
Though the “fold and slip” insert can be tricky at first, the end result is that your whole “package” is out in front of (rather than behind) the anchoring base of the harness. This means no pubic plate between the receiver and the full details of the dill; shaft and testicles are all taking center stage.
